Job summary

Foundation Partners in London is seeking an Embedded Talent Sourcer to lead direct sourcing across Engineering, Product and GTM. You’ll partner with founders and Embedded Talent Leads to own the top-of-funnel strategy and rapid candidate pipelines.

You bring market intelligence, creativity and a first-principles approach to finding exceptional talent, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and AI-enabled tools to engage across startups and scaleups. Location: Central London.

Qualifications

2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing.
Expert-level sourcing capability across at least one: Engineering, Product, GTM.
Significant experience working with startups and scale-ups (Seed–Series B).
Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, platforms, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end direct sourcing strategy and execution for critical roles across Engineering, Product, and GTM.
Build and maintain high-quality, always-on talent pipelines.
Identify non-obvious talent pools through advanced search, platforms, communities and referrals.
Create and recommend sourcing channels beyond standard job boards.
Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches to maximise response and speed.
