Job summary

GLOT Inc. in central London is seeking a hands-on hiring specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process across engineers, researchers, and business roles. You will source, screen, and manage the pipeline, working closely with the Chief of Staff and founder.

You will run direct sourcing, evaluate candidates against three core qualities, and coordinate with agencies when needed. This is a hiring-focused role, not HR, with contracts and compliance handled separately.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in in-house or agency recruiting (including technical roles).
• Experience with high-volume hiring and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to run end-to-end sourcing, screening and pipeline management.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship possible after probation).
• Strong written and spoken English; direct, clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: find candidates on LinkedIn and networks, craft outreach and track results.
• Screening: conduct first calls, write notes against three qualities, and recommend who goes forward.
• Pipeline: own Ashby, move candidates weekly, schedule interviews, chase feedback.
• Recruiters: brief and manage agencies, enforce criteria, reduce dependence on them.
• Judgement: compare profiles at screen with later performance to sharpen criteria.
