Move is a embedded talent consultancy seeking a Talent Partner to scale cross-functional GTM teams for fast-growing tech companies. You will own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as part of a client-facing squad of delivery experts.

Based in the UK with occasional London meetings, you will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting for Sales/GTM roles, preferably in SaaS or tech scale-ups.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational and multi-client role management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• UK-based with ability to attend occasional meetings in London.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines of top GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback.
• Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements.
• Adapt to changing priorities and pace in high-growth, client-driven environments.
