Job summary

Move is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Contract) to scale GTM teams for fast-growing tech companies. You’ll recruit across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, embedded within client teams and supported by delivery specialists.

As a senior partner, you’ll shape role requirements, streamline interview processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging data to improve outcomes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for Sales / GTM roles—ideally within SaaS or tech scale-ups.
• Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple roles across different clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across Sales (SDRs, AEs), Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain pipelines of GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report outcomes, and suggest improvements.
• Adapt to changing priorities in high-growth, client-driven environments.
