Job summary

Radius in Crewe is seeking a proactive DMARC Growth Specialist to engage existing customers, qualify email security needs, and generate new revenue opportunities. The role emphasizes outbound activity and consultative engagement to strengthen cybersecurity for clients.

You will manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with Product Specialists, and aim to meet monthly revenue targets while expanding customers' email protection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have recently renewed mobile services.
• Conduct initial DMARC and email security qualification conversations.
• Identify customers vulnerable to spoofing and phishing.
• Educate on DMARC and email security benefits.
• Create and progress sales opportunities through full sales cycle.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists for deeper engagement.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast updates.
• Meet daily outbound call and opportunity creation targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver against revenue and margin objectives.
• Stay informed on market developments and cybersecurity trends.
