Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking a DMARC Growth Specialist based in Crewe, Cheshire. The role focuses on existing Radius Connect customers, helping them understand and protect against email-based threats such as phishing, spoofing and brand impersonation.

Ideal candidates have sales, account management or business development experience and are eager to deepen their knowledge of cybersecurity solutions while building strong customer relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Knowledge of email security and DMARC is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers via calls and video meetings.
• Experience selling technology or cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact new Radius Connect customers and build strong relationships from the outset.
• Conduct customer conversations focused on email security, domain protection and cyber risk awareness.
• Identify opportunities to introduce DMARC and complementary cybersecurity solutions.
• Educate customers on threats such as phishing, email spoofing and brand impersonation.
• Deliver proactive outbound activity through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities and maintain forecasts.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue and activity targets.
