Job summary

Citywire is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to own the setup and deployment of custom email campaigns. You will work directly with HTML/CSS, test across devices, and collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to deliver precise emails and web content.

You will manage end-to-end campaign workflows, test with clients, and generate performance insights. A strong eye for detail and experience with CMS tools like WordPress are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to build responsive emails.
• Experience using content management systems to update websites.
• Strong communication skills liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail across content layout and QA.
• Experience producing reports from campaign data.
• Familiarity with Litmus or Email on Acid.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and implement responsive HTML emails for campaigns.
• Manage full email campaign workflows from content receipt to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients during testing and incorporate edits.
• Generate post-campaign reports and insights.
• Create and maintain microsites using WordPress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Digital Production teams.
