Job summary

Citywire is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to own custom email campaigns from setup to send. You will work with HTML/CSS, test for all devices/inboxes, and coordinate with sponsors and internal teams to turn ideas into precise emails and web content.

You’ll report to the Head of Digital Production and help deliver high-precision campaigns for a leading digital media company. The role involves creating microsites with WordPress and producing performance insights from campaigns.

Qualifications

• HTML and CSS knowledge for building and editing responsive emails
• Experience with content management systems to maintain/update websites
• Strong communication skills liaising with clients and internal teams
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• High attention to detail across content layout, testing and QA
• Experience producing reports and analyzing campaign performance data
• Familiarity with email testing/optimisation tools like Litmus or Email on Acid

Responsibilities

• Build and test responsive, custom HTML emails for internal and commercial campaigns
• Manage full email campaign workflows from content intake to testing, versioning, scheduling and deployment
• Collaborate with clients during testing phases to implement edits and feedback
• Generate post-campaign reports and provide insights on performance
• Create and maintain microsites using WordPress
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Digital Production teams to deliver campaigns smoothly
