Job summary

Citywire is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to own custom HTML email campaigns from setup to send, with hands-on HTML/CSS work and WordPress microsite duties. You will test across devices and inboxes, collaborate with sponsors and internal teams, and deliver precise campaigns for a respected digital media company.

Qualifications

• Build and test responsive HTML emails for internal and commercial campaigns.
• Manage full email campaign workflows from content receipt to testing, scheduling and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients during testing phases to incorporate edits efficiently.
• Generate post-campaign reports and provide insights on performance.
• Create and maintain microsites using WordPress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Digital Production teams.

Responsibilities

• Building, testing and implementing responsive, custom HTML emails for both internal and commercial campaigns.
• Managing full email campaign workflows - from receiving HTML content to testing, versioning, scheduling and deployment.
• Working directly with clients during testing phases, ensuring edits and feedback are incorporated efficiently.
• Generating post-campaign reports and providing insights and analysis on performance.
• Creating and maintaining microsites using platforms such as WordPress.
• Working closely with the Sales, Product Management and wider Digital Production teams.
