FASHION PERSONNEL is seeking a CRM Email Production Executive to join a fast-paced digital marketing function. The role focuses on building, testing and deploying customer email campaigns across multiple regions and languages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You’ll work closely with CRM, Digital Marketing, Creative and regional teams to drive end-to-end campaign execution. Ideal candidates will have experience in email production or CRM operations, plus familiarity with ESPs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in email production, CRM operations or campaign execution.
• Experience with ESPs or CRM platforms.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Build and deploy global email campaigns across regions and languages.
• Populate templates, content blocks and product placements across variants.
• Implement dynamic content and personalisation using Braze Liquid.
• Own end-to-end QA processes including rendering checks and link validation.
• Coordinate test sends and feedback across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Set up audiences and segmentation logic for accurate targeting.
• Schedule and launch campaigns with full pre-send validation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Creative and regional teams to align with priorities.
• Track workflow progress and campaign readiness.
• Support process improvements and platform troubleshooting.
