Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is recruiting for an Experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer in Thanet, Kent. The role focuses on valuations, negotiations, and delivering an exceptional customer journey for buyers and sellers.

You will win new instructions, progress sales, and provide market insights while working with a supportive team and benefiting from a competitive earnings structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' residential estate agency experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience dealing with vendors and buyers.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Commercially aware and target driven.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
• Win new instructions and develop business opportunities.
• Advise vendors on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Carry out accompanied viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Progress transactions through to completion.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Provide regular client updates and feedback.
• Always represent the business professionally.
