Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer/Senior Sales Negotiator for a multi-branch independent estate agency in the Bexley area. The role offers a strong basic salary, a three-month financial guarantee and excellent earning potential.

You will conduct market appraisals, develop marketing strategies, convert valuations into new instructions and build lasting relationships with vendors. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, high-energy approach are essential.

Sales Valuer Requirements:

• Ambitious, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Five-day working week
• Flexible working pattern with some Saturdays required
