Job summary

Perk is seeking an Executive / VIP Business Travel Consultant to deliver elite, seven-star service to senior leaders and high-value clients. You will manage complex itineraries and provide personalised travel solutions with a focus on discretion and duty of care.

Ideal candidates have a background in hospitality or premium travel, strong GDS experience, and a track record in high-touch customer service. This hybrid role requires being based within commuting distance of Perk hubs in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-touch, premium customer service in executive travel or luxury brands.
• GDS experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar is required.
• Strong understanding of contact centre performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, efficiency).
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished, discreet style.
• Ability to stay calm, decisive and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP travel for air, hotel, ground transport, and bespoke requests.
• Provide expert recommendations aligned to traveller preferences, policy, and duty of care.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed, empathy, and precision.
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced Executive Care environment.
• Balance premium service with KPIs like productivity, handle time, and SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain a high-performance, elite service culture.
