Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge seeks a Service/Parts Advisor to join our busy automotive workshop. You will be the main point of contact for customers, manage bookings, source parts, provide quotes, and keep workshop flow running smoothly.

The role requires prior experience in automotive service and parts, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication skills. Experience with 4x4 or Land Rover knowledge is a distinct advantage.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in the automotive trade.
• Solid understanding of vehicle parts, servicing routines, and customer service standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-of-house enquiries and service bookings.
• Source and order 4x4 specialist parts and provide quotes.
• Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians and process invoices.
• Maintain workshop workflow and support high standards of customer service.
