Job summary

Hawk 3 is seeking a Parts Advisor at multiple locations across Devon. You will assist customers, identify and source correct parts, and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely supply.

In this permanent role you will manage ordering, stock checks, price verification and liaise with suppliers to meet delivery times. Automotive experience is essential and you must deliver excellent customer service in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience essential.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately identify and source correct parts.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Identifying and sourcing the correct parts to meet customers and workshop requirements.
• Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Checking prices, availability and delivery times.
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts delivered within timescales.
• Receiving, checking and organizing incoming stock.
• Maintaining accurate stock records.
• Preparing parts for customer collection.
• Supporting wider team with the day to day running of the business.
• Working efficiently in a busy environment.
