Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our busy team in Maidstone. You will be the key link between customers, workshop staff and our inventory system to ensure fast, accurate order fulfilment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a parts department, strong EPC knowledge, and robust customer service and upselling skills. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday rotations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive parts department or main dealer environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic parts cataloguing systems (EPC) and stock control.
• Proven customer service, communication and upselling skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between external clients, technicians and inventory system.
• Ensure prompt order fulfillment and accurate stock allocation.
• Provide high-quality customer advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Support workshop technicians with fast component lookup and picking.
