Job summary

KONE seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive growth in the North of England for elevator full replacement and modernisation. You will develop opportunities across an existing portfolio while proactively identifying new business opportunities.

The role involves managing complex sales cycles, influencing stakeholders from building owners to facilities managers and industry specialists. Hybrid working with travel across the North is expected.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience preferred.
• Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles.
• Able to communicate complex technical and commercial information to a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the full replacement & modernisation sales pipeline in the North.
• Deliver sales, revenue, margin and pricing targets.
• Develop new customers through targeted prospecting and networking.
• Build relationships with building owners, facilities managers, consultants and managing agents.
• Manage opportunities from identification through negotiation to contract handover.
• Identify ageing or underperforming assets for modernisation or replacement.
• Support customers with forward-looking asset management plans.
