Job summary

KONE in the North of England is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to lead full replacement and modernisation initiatives for elevators. You will identify opportunities within an existing portfolio while proactively pursuing new business across Leeds to the North East.

The role demands strong relationship building with building owners, facilities managers and consultants, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and present technically and commercially.

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop full replacement and modernisation sales pipeline in the North.
• Meet sales, revenue, margin and pricing objectives.
• Build relationships with building owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Record all activity in CRM/Salesforce.
• Travel across the North of England (3 days a week).
