Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, seeks a field-based Sales Manager to drive catheter utilisation and capital sales in the West Midlands, covering Worcester, Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding hospitals.

You will build strong clinical and economic partnerships, execute marketing strategies, and differentiate from competitors while delivering on annual targets and sustaining pricing integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Scientific/Business/Life Science or Medical areas.
• Medical sales experience in a hospital environment.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Full & clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets in the territory.
• Develop catheter utilisation and capital sales in Electrophysiology.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clinically and economically meaningful partners.
• Ensure local pricing aligns with national pricing strategies and manage tenders.
