Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Significant experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial and marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in high-performance environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate global and regional priorities into local market initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends to inform business strategy.
• Lead annual marketing planning processes and associated investment decisions.
• Ensure effective lifecycle management across the electrophysiology portfolio.
• Drive market adoption and customer engagement through innovative marketing programmes.
• Support the introduction and commercialization of new technologies and solutions.
• Develop customer-focused value propositions that address clinical and operational challenges.
• Monitor competitive dynamics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner with commercial teams to maximise growth opportunities and customer value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Support educational initiatives, scientific programmes and professional development activities.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson MedTech at industry congresses, customer meetings and professional events.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers in advancing patient care and healthcare outcomes.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing marketing organisation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability.
• Coach and develop talent while creating an environment where individuals can thrive.
• Champion inclusion, diversity and employee engagement.
• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Health Economics, Market Access, Finance and other cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with EMEA and Global teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
