Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology team seeks an accomplished field-based sales professional to build territory plans, cultivate clinical and non-clinical relationships, and drive capital and catheter sales across Electrophysiology in the UK. You will collaborate across sales, clinical specialists, and platform teams to deliver strategic market gains.

The role requires proven hospital-based sales success, strong communication in English, and the ability to navigate complex hospital environments

Qualifications

• Medical sales experience within a hospital environment is essential.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital staff and executives.
• Knowledge of Electrophysiology or cardiovascular products is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and drive.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as per the annual performance cycle.
• Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
• Differentiate from competition to enable market share gains.
• Roll out key EMEA Marketing strategies for new products and innovations.
• Maintain relationships with clinical and economic partners.
• Understand customer needs to tailor solutions for Electrophysiology.
• Ensure local pricing aligns with national strategies and manage tenders throughout their life cycle.
• Keep up-to-date with Electrophysiology market and competitors.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Specialists, plus technical and platform teams.
• Desirable: degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas.
• Medical sales experience in hospital settings and a proven sales track record.
• Proficient in English; excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn product/procedure knowledge and communicate with hospital hierarchy.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership of objectives and time.
• Highly motivated to succeed in a demanding role.
• Experience in Cardiovascular/Electrophysiology is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop key customer relationships.
• Team player with entrepreneurial problem-solving.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Hold a full and clean driving licence.
