Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology is seeking a Sales Business Manager to drive territory planning and sales growth across West Midlands. The role requires strong hospital sales experience, English proficiency, and ability to build strategic customer relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

You will collaborate with a regional team to execute marketing strategies, differentiate from competitors, and manage tenders while keeping pricing aligned with national policies.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas.
• Medical sales experience within a hospital environment is essential, with evidence of sales targets.
• Proficient in English both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets in Electrophysiology.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers across hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and specialists to deliver market share gains.
• Ensure local pricing aligns with national strategies and manage tenders throughout their lifecycle.
