Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in Internal Sales, Sales Administration or related role.
• Experience in Electrical or Electronic components.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, responsive manner.
• Develop understanding of technical products and applications.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements and specs.
• Review drawings and product information; liaise with engineering and production on feasibility, pricing, and lead times.
• Process sales orders accurately and communicate information internally.
