A global leader in process safety is seeking a Global Process Safety Lead to guide strategic safety initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role involves developing and implementing the Process Safety road map, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing expert coaching to site teams. Ideal candidates will have an advanced engineering degree and a minimum of 5 years in the chemical industry. Strong communication skills and project management expertise are essential. Up to 30% travel is required.
As Global Process Safety Lead you will set and influence the strategic direction of the engineering work across multiple plants and manufacturing sites. You will work closely with Global SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability team, the global TPM team, the BPT Engineering Teams and counsel Plant leadership on trends and developments in area of expertise. This position reports to the Global Director of SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability for BPT. Travel will be required as part of this role up to 30% travel is anticipated. The position will ideally be located at one of the BPT manufacturing facilities.
