Rank Group in Coventry is seeking an Electronic Gaming Host to welcome guests on our electronic gaming floor. You will greet visitors, attend to their needs and help create a memorable, entertaining experience that meets the high standards of our venue.

This role operates in a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility for night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.

• Experience in hospitality roles.

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, as you'll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
