An educational organization in the UK seeks an Electrics Tutor for a role based at HMP Highpoint. The successful applicant will deliver Electrics qualifications to small groups of prison-based learners, ensuring effective training plans are implemented and supporting learners in reaching their long-term goals. Candidates should possess a Level 2 Electrics qualification and relevant vocational experience. Based on-site at HMP Highpoint, you will deliver Electrics qualifications up to level 2, working with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Their Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.
If you don't currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, they are able to support you through the appropriate qualifications and assessments, as part of your probationary period.
