• City and Guilds 5357 / City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent required.
• Driving Licence necessary for travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
• Experience in Property Maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs in occupied and vacant homes.
• Participate in EICR domestic testing programme.
• Support Responsive Repairs and Electrical Inspections.
