Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a skilled Electrician to deliver maintenance, repairs and installations across domestic and commercial properties with a strong focus on safety and quality. You’ll test and inspect systems to ensure compliance and help keep homes safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or time served.
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintaining and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems including boiler controls, pumps, lighting and hot water.
• Completing rewiring, testing and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality repairs.
• Managing materials, recording work accurately and working safely in line with regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose.

Excellent out-of-hours pay
£864 per week for on-call rota, covering availability, support, and first-time fix payments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality, efficient repairs
• Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose
• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
• A Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL)
