Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Electrician for a permanent role in Kingston. The position covers fault finding, testing and inspection, and reactive maintenance in domestic properties and social housing environments.

The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 and 18th Edition certificates, with experience in electrical testing and maintenance across housing associations or council properties.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrician or electrical tester.
• Experience with EICR and electrical maintenance.
• Experience in social housing or housing associations or council properties or MOD properties.
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 and 18th Edition certificates are required.
