Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is actively seeking an Electrician for a permanent role based in Slough, servicing housing associations and domestic properties. You will perform fault finding, testing/inspection, and reactive maintenance while engaging with tenants and using a PDA to log work. Candidates must hold City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 with 18th Edition and have relevant housing experience.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 with 18th Edition certificate(s) required.
• Experience in social housing or domestic properties preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and diagnostic work on electrical systems.

Day to Day for electrician:

• Fault finding

The ideal candidate for this would have experience as an electrician or electrical tester or EICR or in electrical maintenance and experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD Ministry of defense properties.

You need to have the following certificates for this electrician position – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 & 18th Edition
