Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrician based in Croydon to support a Housing Association with permanent, on-site work. You will perform fault finding, testing & inspection, and reactive maintenance in domestic properties, ensuring safety and compliance for residents.

Ideal candidates will hold City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 and 18th Edition certification, with experience in social housing or council properties. A van fuel card, pension, and holiday entitlement are offered.

Qualifications

• Fault finding and diagnostic work in domestic settings.
