Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a qualified electrician for a permanent role based in Loughton. You will perform reactive maintenance and testing in domestic properties for a housing association, including socket changes and lighting, with a focus on good customer service.

Day to Day for electrician:

• Working in domestic properties carrying out reactive maintenance and testing
• Socket changes/lights
• Reactive maintenance jobs in social housing properties
