Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrician for housing maintenance in Portsmouth. The role involves repairing electrical components, installing and wiring in homes, fault finding, and re-wiring as needed.

You will work with a PDA to receive and complete tasks in a housing maintenance environment. The ideal candidate holds 18th Edition (Level 3 NVQ), 2391 Testing & Inspection, and a Full UK Driving License, with social housing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Level 3 NVQ required.
• 2391 Testing & Inspecting certification required or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving License is essential.
• Social Housing experience preferred.
