Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an electrician for a permanent role based in Epping. The candidate will perform reactive maintenance and testing in domestic properties, including socket changes and lighting tasks, within social housing environments.

A strong focus on customer service and accurate reporting using a PDA is required. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ 3 or City & Guilds Levels 2 & 3, along with 18th Edition and 2391.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic reactive maintenance and testing in social housing or housing associations.
• Proven ability to carry out socket changes and lighting work.
• Ability to communicate with residents and maintain high customer service standards.

Day to Day for electrician:

• Working in domestic properties carrying out reactive maintenance and testing
• Socket changes/lights

The ideal candidate for this would have experience as an electrician or electrical tester or EICR or in electrical maintenance and experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD Ministry of defense properties.

You need to have the following certificates for this electrician position – NVQ 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, 2391
