Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Electrician for a permanent role based in Chelmsford, covering domestic properties and social housing sites. The successful candidate will perform reactive maintenance, electrical testing, and socket/lights replacements, using a PDA for job tracking.

Applicants should hold NVQ 3 or City & Guilds Level 2/3, 18th Edition, and 2391, with a proven track record in social housing or domestic environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in reactive maintenance within social housing or domestic properties.
• Certificates required: NVQ 3 or City & Guilds Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, 2391.
• Ability to carry out testing and fault-finding in domestic settings.

Responsibilities

Day to Day for electrician:

• Working in domestic properties carrying out reactive maintenance and testing
• Socket changes/lights
• Reactive maintenance jobs in social housing properties
• Good costumer service
• Use of PDA
