Daniel Owen is seeking an Electrician for maintenance, remedial work and EICRs on Social Housing contracts in Guildford & Aldershot.

Role involves testing, inspection and carrying out remedial works to a high standard with practical daily responsibilities. Temporary to permanent position with a van and fuel card included.

Qualifications

Level 3 Electric Installation required/Desirable
18th Edition is preferred
2391 certificate desirable
Full UK driving license required

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and remedial work on Social Housing contracts
Perform test and inspection tasks including EICRs
Produce daily test and inspection reports and carry out remedial works as needed

Salary: 40,000 annual salary w/ Van and Fuel Card

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking Electricians to carry out maintenance, remedial work, test, inspection, and EICRs within Social Housing contracts.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying maintenance, remedial work and producing test and inspection daily, as well as performing remedial works when needed. The ideal candidate should be capable of both testing and carrying out remedial works efficiently and to a high standard.
