Domestic Electrician – TieTalent

Overview: Our client is seeking a domestic electrician to cover the Guildford and Aldershot areas on a permanent basis. They deliver high quality services to clients in the MOD, social housing and local authority sector and are seeking a domestic maintenance electrician to join their growing and friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out remedial works in domestic properties, mainly in and around the Guildford area on a reactive maintenance programme.
• Perform repairs and maintenance while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Conduct EICR checks and associated testing works; handle fans as required.

Role requirements

• Proven experience as a fully qualified domestic electrician.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 City and Guilds and AM2 (or equivalent)
• 18th edition
• 2391 test and inspection qualification (or equivalent) preferred
• Preferably experience of working in social housing or tenanted properties
• Full driving licence (no more than 6 points)

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working conditions and benefits

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
