Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a responsive repairs and maintenance team covering Bedford and surrounding areas including Milton Keynes. The role involves fault finding, installations and reliable servicing across social housing properties.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, and relevant domestic or social housing experience, with a clean UK driving licence and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• 2391-52 testing and inspection knowledge preferred.
• Experience in domestic/social housing environments desired.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance and electrical installations.
• Work across occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure work complies with current regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain records.
• Participate in out-of-hours rota as required.

Salary: £37,500 - £43,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team delivering responsive repairs, maintenance and electrical installations across occupied and void social housing properties.

You will carry out fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive repairs, maintenance, fault finding and electrical installations.
• Work across occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and Health & Safety standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain accurate job records.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota as required.

Requirements for the Electrician:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. 2391-52
• Experience working within domestic or social housing environments.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
