Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an Electrician to perform maintenance, remedial work, testing and inspection within Social Housing contracts in Peterborough and Norwich. The role requires delivering high-standard EICRs and proactive maintenance, with van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities include daily test and inspection activities and executing remedial works as needed, ensuring compliance and quality across sites in the region.

Qualifications

Experience in social housing electrical maintenance and EICRs.
Ability to perform maintenance, remedial work, testing and inspection to high standards.
Desirable Level 3 Electric Installation, 18th Edition, 2391.

Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance, remedial work, test and inspection daily.
Produce test and inspection documentation.
Carry out remedial works when needed within Social Housing contracts.

Salary: £40,000 annual salary w/ Van and Fuel Card

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking Electricians to carry out maintenance, remedial work, test, inspection, and EICRs within Social Housing contracts.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying maintenance, remedial work and producing test and inspection daily, as well as performing remedial works when needed. The ideal candidate should be capable of both testing and carrying out remedial works efficiently and to a high standard.
