Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a busy maintenance team in Warminster for social housing properties. The role is temp-to-perm, with work organised and a company van provided, plus a fuel card and standard working hours.

The successful candidate will perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and testing, reporting to a supervisor and completing paperwork while traveling between properties in the company van.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition.
• 2391 qualification desirable.
• Experience carrying out domestic electrical maintenance.
• Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experiencedElectricianto join a busy and friendly team carrying outelectrical maintenance on social housing properties as part of the response team covering Warminster and surrounding area.

This role will start temp to perm which works well to give both parties a chance to work together before the permanent contract begins.

This would really suit a self employed Electrician who is tired of orgainsing his own jobs, pricing and being let down, all the work is organised for you and ready on a tablet for the next day. It will also suit someone in a permanent role looking for a change.

Electrician - The Package

• £19-20ph PAYE

Electrician – The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs on social housing properties

• Fault finding and problem solving

• Carrying out electrical testing where required

• Completing remedial works

• Providing a professional service to customers

• Reporting to the Supervisor and keeping them updated on completed works
