Job summary

Fraser Edwards Recruitment is seeking an Electrician for a fixed-term contract with a social housing contractor in Croydon. The role covers reactive maintenance in domestic properties and communal areas, fault finding, electrical testing and ensuring compliant installations.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and the following qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, AM2, C&G 2391/2392 or 2394/5, BS 7671 Edition.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence is required.
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive electrical maintenance within domestic properties and communal areas.
• Provide electrical fault finding and fault rectification.
• Electrical Testing.
• Ensure correct electrical installation and produce relevant certification.
