Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Electrician for permanent social housing maintenance in East Sussex. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and rewire domestic properties to current standards.

The role requires 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ with proven EICR experience in social/private housing. A permanent position with a company-provided van is available.

• Proven experience completing EICRs within social housing and/or private housing settings

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to the highest standard
• Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable
• Report any non-compliant installations or appliances
• Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units
• Rewire domestic properties (both occupied and void homes)
• Ensure all work aligns with current regulations and company standards
