Job summary

Moore Green Recruitment LTD is seeking an Electrician for a housing provider in the Blackheath area. You will undertake repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works, applying Level 3 electrical qualifications and 18th edition rules.

The role requires coordinating materials and plant, to ensure on-time completion of works on site; permanent contract with a salary around £40,800 to £42,010 per year, with van, fuel card and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition and 2391 inspection and testing qualifications.
• Experience in repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
• Co-ordination of materials and plant for building maintenance.

Duties

• To complete works in relation to repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works in accordance with trade qualifications. Your role will require you to execute all elements of the trade and to hold a level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience.
• The trade operative is responsible for the co‑ordination of materials and plant to maximise the effectiveness of building maintenance work undertaken. The work will involve all aspects of the repair process from the initial receipt of a general works order to satisfactory completion of works on site.
