Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Basingstoke seeks an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive for an office-based role. You will handle outbound B2B calls, manage existing accounts, and help at the trade counter while coordinating with warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate has telesales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with electrical wholesale environments. Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with some Saturday overtime.

Qualifications

• Outbound telesales experience.
• Experience selling to decision makers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working for an Electrical Wholesaler.
• Trade Counter experience desirable.
• Driving Licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B telesales calls to businesses using their products.
• Manage accounts and develop long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist on the trade counter / shop floor and liaise with warehouse staff.
• Support across areas of the business as needed.
