Job summary

Equans is seeking a Technical Services Manager - Electrical bias to lead the delivery of electrical and hard services at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week on site with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage CAFM, drive safety, performance against SLAs/KPIs, liaise with clients and external contractors, and lead a technical team to ensure asset integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in similar contract management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Proficient in administrative tasks and software (Word, Excel, CAFM Systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and hard services delivery to contractual standards.
• Manage CAFM systems for job planning and asset registers.
• Lead Safe Systems of Work and Permits to Work processes.
• Coordinate lifecycle maintenance and procurement of materials.
• Act as principal client contact and provide timely reports.
• Lead audits and ensure actions are completed to high standards.
