Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Manager – Electrical to lead delivery of essential electrical and hard facilities services at a major site in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The role requires ownership of building services within a safety-critical environment, strong technical expertise and leadership to drive reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Recognised electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified electrician status.
• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in a comparable role.
• Experience managing electrical and hard services within a facilities management environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and financial management experience.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams to deliver safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee maintenance of critical electrical infrastructure, HV/LV systems.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance and lifecycle replacement programs.
• Ensure activities are recorded and within timescales.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and operations to maintain service continuity.
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness; support audits and corrective actions.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships and report performance.
