Job summary

WSP is seeking an Electrical Technical Director to lead UK Building Services projects from London. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, supervise detailed designs, and ensure delivery against client expectations.

The role requires an established track record in electrical design, team leadership, and feasibility studies, with a focus on project delivery and client liaison. Hybrid working with a London base is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status with CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council preferred.
• RevitMEP training applied to the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of detailed designs within MEP discipline.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers; ensure quality and KPI delivery.
• Act as client contact and manage project delivery and resources.
