Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Technical Director - Electrical (Building Services) in London to lead UK Building Services projects, delivering detailed designs and client-ready specifications.

You will supervise teams, coordinate multi-disciplinary work and act as the client’s main contact for delivery and KPI achievement. You will drive feasibility studies, manage resources, and promote WSP’s capabilities in the region while embracing a flexible, hybrid work model and professional development

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering UK Building Services projects.
• Lead MEP design with project management responsibilities.
• Supervise detailed designs and production of specifications.
• Act as client contact for deliverables and KPIs.
• Lead feasibility studies for projects.
• Electrical design engineering across multiple project sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and performance specifications for disciplines.
• Direct and support junior staff and project teams.
• Ensure contracts/letters of intent are in place before work starts.
• Maintain project overview and resource utilization.
• Brief project teams on appointments and governance.
