Job summary

CMS - Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for Social Housing Repairs Contracts, based in Liverpool and the Midlands. You will lead a team of electricians and trainees, overseeing daily operations, training, and client relationships on an ongoing basis.

Regular contact with the NICEIC is required to ensure continued compliance with their rules. This role offers a benefits package and overtime opportunities within a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electricians in housing repairs or similar settings.
• 18th edition and Level 3 or equivalent, plus a current testing qualification.
• Ability to liaise with NICEIC for compliance and approvals.

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

Qualifications Required

• 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, a current testing qualification.
