CMS - Recruitment seeks an Electrical Supervisor for a Social Housing M&R contractor based in Kent. You will manage a team of electricians and trainees, training new staff and providing technical support while maintaining client relations and daily oversight of project activity.

Regular communication with NICEIC to ensure ongoing compliance is required, along with ensuring safety and quality standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, ideally a current or previous testing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and supervise electricians and trainees.
• Technically support the experienced electricians.
• Maintain relationships with the client and team on a daily basis.
• Liaise with NICEIC to ensure compliance with their rules for continued enrolment.

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, ideally a current or previous testing qualification.
